Shopify provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell products to you but is not responsible for the products themselves.

9. Returns and refunds

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Due to the nature of alcohol products:

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind
  • Opened bottles cannot be returned unless faulty
